The training to learn how to use yoga in your life, not just practise it on a mat.
The founders' price will only be available for this first edition.

Maybe you've been practising yoga for a while. And maybe something has started to shift. You no longer see it just as a series of postures. You're interested in its questions, its philosophy. What happens when you breathe, when you observe your mind, when an emotion appears, when you have a conflict, when you want something, when you don't know what you want, when you catch yourself reacting exactly the way you didn't want to react.
And then a question appears: how can I use all of this in my life?
That's what we're going to investigate during YFL.
You'll learn to observe thoughts, emotions, sensations, impulses and patterns without having to react automatically to everything that arises.
Because not everything we desire necessarily comes from us. Some things we've learned, inherited, or been conditioned into.
What you tell yourself, how you name what happens, which interpretations you turn into facts, and which stories you build from them.
We'll use the yoga tradition to investigate boundaries, approval, comparison, listening, responsibility, and our own relational patterns.
Not to learn to avoid it, but to use it as a privileged place from which to observe how you function.
What nourishes you, what drains you, where you put your attention, what you're feeding, and what you're leaving without energy.
YFL's goal isn't for you to end up thinking like Nati and Naylín, or like Patañjali. It's for you to become capable of observing, questioning, experimenting, and discovering for yourself.
Not just knowing more about yoga, but starting to recognise it in your own life.
It's not a collection of classes. It's not a training to accumulate postures. It's not a philosophy library. It's not therapy. And it's not an experience where two teachers tell you how you should live.
It's an 8-month applied training.
During these eight months we'll work simultaneously on your understanding of yoga, your practice, your capacity for observation, and your own life experience. We want there to be a permanent connection between what we study, what we practise, and what happens when you leave the room.
The yoga tradition offers us maps. But a map isn't much use if you never go out and walk. We don't want to give you closed answers. We want to teach you a way of investigating.
Over 8 months you'll have a continuous experience. Once a month we'll meet for 12 hours to go deep into one of YFL's big questions. That's 96 hours of in-person training.
Each session integrates yoga philosophy, applied anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation, contemplation, inquiry, conversation, and application to real situations. We don't study each discipline separately: we use all of them to investigate a single question.
And between sessions, the inquiry continues.
You'll have 4 regular VCY classes each month: you can practise with us every week, two classes with Nati and two with Naylín. These are our normal VCY classes, not an artificial class created to teach you YFL theory. You can experience the practice, observe it, ask yourself questions, and then come and ask us why we chose that sequence, that posture, that breath.
Every week, an online session.
30 minutes of questions and answers. A space to bring whatever is happening in your practice and your life, because the important question doesn't always show up while you're listening to an explanation. Sometimes it shows up on a Tuesday, in a conversation, in a thought that keeps returning.

The intention isn't to load you with homework. It's for what we investigate to have a real chance to show up in your experience.
Investigating desire, intention, and conditioning, to distinguish between what I want, what I believe I should want, and what I'm actually choosing.
Investigating thoughts, attention, identification, judgements, and interpretations, to start distinguishing between what happens and what my mind tells me about what happens.
Investigating the relationship between thought, word, and action, to observe how the way we name reality shapes the experience we build.
Investigating sensations, emotions, impulses, resistance, and reaction, to discover that feeling something doesn't necessarily mean having to act from it.
Investigating the Yamas and Niyamas through our real relationships, to start recognising our own patterns where before we only saw other people's.
What happened, what I interpreted, what I felt, what I did, what my action produced. To turn conflict into a place of observation.
Investigating Prana, the Gunas, and our relationship with effort, rest, attention, and energy, to observe what nourishes me, what drains me, and where I'm putting my energy.
We integrate the whole journey: what we wanted, what we thought, what we said, what we felt, how we related, how we responded to conflict, how we used our energy.
Imagine that after YFL: you have a conflict and can observe what's happening before reacting. You have a decision to make and can tell desire apart from conditioning. You feel an emotion and can experience it without automatically turning it into an action. You catch yourself thinking something and can ask whether you're observing a fact or an interpretation. You relate to someone and can recognise which of your own patterns is showing up. You're tired and can start asking yourself what you're feeding and what you're exhausting.
That's bringing yoga into your life.
We want you to be able to ask yourself: what am I observing? What does the tradition say about this? What am I really experiencing? What am I interpreting? What can I discover here? And to be able to keep investigating.
That's why we talk about liberation. Not as a promise that you'll become a person who never suffers again, but as a process of gradually letting go of being fully driven by your automatic patterns, and developing more and more capacity to observe and choose.
YFL was born from our own practice, study, and experience. We've spent years teaching yoga and exploring what happens when practice stops staying only on the mat, and we've reached a conclusion: yoga has so much more to offer than learning to do a posture correctly.
That's why we built YFL. Not to create another training that teaches more content, but to create a space where we can investigate what happens when we use yoga as a tool to look at our own lives.
We don't have a wall full of testimonials. And we're not going to make them up. We can't tell you yet, "look what YFL has achieved for these 200 people," because those people don't exist yet.
What we can show you is exactly what we've built: the method, the questions, the structure, the practices, the time we're going to dedicate, the way we work, and the commitment we're putting into this first edition. The first people to join will be the first to walk this path with us. And that has a special value.

Because we want the first people who join to be part of this first edition. You'll walk YFL with us, and YFL will also grow from what we discover together. That's why this offer won't exist in exactly the same way again.
After the founders' edition: €1,800.
And that's okay. We don't want to be for everyone. We want to bring together the people who genuinely want to do this inquiry.
You can keep asking yourself the same questions. Or you can start investigating them.
For eight months you can stay exactly where you are, or you can step into an experience designed to bring yoga from the mat into what you're really living. We don't know what you'll discover, and we don't want to tell you either. Because that's precisely the inquiry.
Yoga is not the destination. It's the path.
