Everything you need to know before coming to beach yoga in Dénia. Classes take place at Los Baños Sunshine, by the sea, Thursday to Sunday in the morning and Thursday and Friday in the evening. If you have any question you can't find here, message us on WhatsApp and we'll reply within two hours.
The class
In the morning we usually do them on the platform, and in the evening on the sand. If it's windy, we move to the platform at any time. If the morning group prefers the sand, we can do that too.
A mat if we're on the platform, or a beach towel if you prefer the sand. Some people prefer the sand and skip the mat entirely.
None. We adapt the class whether it's your first time or you already have experience.

No, you must book in advance.
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24h before the class. After that, the class price (15€) applies.
Online when booking. We also accept card and Bizum in person.
3 and 5-class passes are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

Yes, there is parking in the streets around the restaurant.
